If your patient requires the use of an interpreter service, AAMG provides interpreter services at no cost to you and your patient. Please contact our Member Relations Department directly at (415) 590-7418 or through our automated phone system at (415) 216-0088. Our Member Relations Representatives will connect your call with our interpreter service via conference call.

Interpreter services are available during AAMG business hours, Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

For Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Callers, California Relay Service (TTY) is available via dialing 711.
