Stress is the physical and psychological response as people deal with intimidation and difficulties. Appropriate stress prompts to strengthen attention and concentration, thereby improving work efficiency and personal growth. However, excessive stress can induce a series of physical, psychological and social problem, such as anxiety disorder, decline in immune function, and depression. Indeed, we cannot completely avoid stress, but we should learn how to manage stress effectively, analyze the cause of stress, and seek professional help when needed.

壓力是人們面對恐嚇和困難時的身心反應。適當的壓力可以增強注意力集中,從而提高工作效率和幫助個人成長。然而,過度的壓力會導致一系列的生理,心理和社會問題,如焦慮症,免疫功能下降和抑鬱症等。事實上,我們不能完全避免壓力,但我們應該學會如何有效地管理壓力,分析產生壓力的原因,並在需要的時候尋求專業人士的幫助。
