Healthy kid is the idea of helping children to eat and live healthier, thereby improving the quality of life. Admittedly, nutritious foods play an important role in the development and growth of children, and influence the overall health statues in future life. For instances, the low intake of fruit and vegetable is closely associated with the increase of risk of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. In order to ensure children have sufficient resource to grow, healthy kid guide families to give children have adequate exercise and proportionate share of nutrition in the diet.

健康孩子的理念是幫助孩子能夠飲食均衡,活得健康,並提高生活質素。無可否認,營養食品在兒童的發育和成長中起著重要的作用,更會影響著未來整體的健康狀態。例如,低水果和蔬菜的攝入量與患上肥胖,糖尿病和心血管疾病風險有密切的關係。為了確保孩子有充足的資源成長,健康孩子計劃能教導每個家庭給予孩子有均衡的飲食和足夠的運動量。
