Sleep is the essential need of human body. It helps to relax, repair damage and facilitate metabolism in the body. As we know that about a third of human life is spent in sleep, whereas deep sleep accounts for only 25% of total sleep time. In view of this, a healthy sleep habit is one of the essential factors of high quality of life.
