News: AAMG & CCHCA Congratulate Self-Help for the Elderly on Their Opening of the Geneva Center

AAMG and CCHCA joined Supervisor Ahsha Safai to congratulate Self-Help for the Elderly's opening of the Geneva Center in the Excelsior district. Anni Chung (President & CEO of Self-Help) was kind enough to acknowledge our ongoing support of nutritional services, health education, and COVID vaccinations.
Even more interesting is that the Excelsior district now has the largest Asian population in the City at 56.6%, larger than the Richmond, Sunset, or even Chinatown districts. Dr. Leung and Dr. Woo were briefly able to mention the lack of health care services to the Supervisor in his district and set the stage for further discussion.
