Substance Abuse
Substance abuse, or drug abuse, means using drugs in ways or amounts that cause harm to yourself or others. This includes having too much alcohol, smoking a lot, or even taking prescription drugs in ways they are not made to be used. Abuse can be very bad for your physical and mental health. Never be afraid to ask your doctors, friends, and family for help. You can also look into community resources for help.
